These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pagr website and document-generation service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Pagr provides a templating engine and API for generating documents. We may update, improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid plans.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content.

Plans, billing and pages

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Each plan includes a monthly page allowance; usage beyond the allowance is billed at your plan’s per-page overage rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your templates and document data. We retain all rights to the Pagr software and service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagr’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and the courts of Ghent have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
