Frequently asked questions

Pagr is built on the page. Each plan includes a number of renders per month, and any pages beyond your allowance are billed at your plan's per-page overage rate — from €0.020 on Free down to €0.008 on Scaler. Editor previews and failed renders are never counted.

A render is one generated document; a page is the unit you're billed on for overages. A 10-page invoice is one render that uses 10 pages. Your plan's included renders cover typical documents, and you only pay overage once you exceed your allowance.

Both. Call render synchronously to get the PDF straight back in the response, or kick off async and batch jobs and receive a webhook the moment they finish.

Download it from the response or a signed URL, or stream the PDF directly to your user — there's no storage for you to manage.

Yes. Builder includes 3 users and Scaler includes 5; extra seats are €8 and €5 per month respectively. Enterprise includes unlimited users.

Enterprise customers can run Pagr's rendering engine inside their own cloud or on-prem, so document data never leaves their network.
