Security is foundational to Pagr. This overview describes the controls we use to protect your data and keep the service reliable.

Infrastructure

Pagr runs on established cloud infrastructure with managed network isolation, automated patching and continuous monitoring. Production access is restricted and logged.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using industry-standard algorithms. API access requires authenticated, encrypted connections.

Access control

We follow the principle of least privilege. Internal access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it, protected by single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.

Document data handling

Rendering is designed to be transient: the data you submit to generate a document is processed to produce your output and is not retained beyond what is necessary, unless you explicitly enable storage features. Enterprise customers can run rendering inside their own cloud or on-prem so document data never leaves their network.

Reliability

We maintain backups, monitoring and incident-response procedures, and design for graceful degradation so the service stays available under load.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us so we can investigate. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to resolve valid reports promptly.
